摘要
本文介绍了一种灵巧的冲击波存储测试装置,该装置用于测试记录爆炸场冲击波超压场信号。它由传感器、模拟适配调理电路、AD变换器、存储器、控制器、接口电路、电池组成。该装置具有小体积,微功耗,抗高冲击等特点。成功记录了冲击压力信号,测试数据使用凯泽窗进行处理,有效滤除自激振荡和高频噪声。
This paper introduces a smart blast wave stored testing and measuring device. It is can measure and storage the blast wave field. It is made up of sensor, adaptive amplifier, A/D converter, memory, controller, interface circuit, and a power source. It is of small size, capable of working under high impact acceleration and high strike of shrapnel in explodes field. It has low power consumption. The testing data is processed by Kaiser window which filter natural frequency of sensor and high frequency noise.
