摘要
目的观察金水宝片对血液透析患者微炎症、肾性贫血、血脂代谢的影响。方法将我院60例血液透析患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采用琥珀酸亚铁、叶酸等常规疗法,观察组在常规疗法基础上加用金水宝片,详细记录治疗前后肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂肌围、上臂围,微炎症指标高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(NEU),肾性贫血指标血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血细胞比容(HCT),血脂代谢指标总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标的变化情况。结果治疗后,两组肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂肌围、上臂围、Hb、RBC、HCT水平均增高,观察组肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂肌围、上臂围,Hb、RBC、HCT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组hs-CRP、WBC、NEU、TC、TG、LDL-C水平均降低,观察组hs-CRP、WBC、NEU、TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者治疗时,辅助应用金水宝片治疗,显著提高营养状态,降低微炎症水平,缓解肾性贫血,调节血脂代谢。
Objective To observe the effects of Jinshuibao Tablets on micro inflammation,renal anemia and blood lipid metabolism in hemodialysis patients.Methods Sixty hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.Control group was treated with routine therapies such as ferrous succinate and folic acid,while observation group was treated with Jinshuibao Tablets on the basis of control group.The triceps skinfold thickness,upper arm muscle circumference,upper arm circumference,the micro inflammatory indicators such as high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(NEU),renal anemia indicators such as hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),and hematocrit(HCT),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and other indicators of blood lipid metabolism changes before and after treatment were recorded in detail.Results After treatment,the triceps skinfold thickness,upper arm muscle circumference,upper arm circumference,Hb,RBC and HCT levels increased in both groups,and were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of hs-CRP,WBC,NEU,TC,TG and LDL-C decreased in the two groups,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The supplementary application of Jinshuibao Tablets significantly improves the nutritional status,reduces the level of micro inflammation,alleviates renal anemia,and regulates blood lipid metabolism of hemodialysis patients.
