摘要
在“健康中国战略”时代背景下,公立医院应不断拓宽党建与业务深度融合的工作思路,把政治优势转化为推动医院高质量发展的强大动力。本研究应用“党建+”创新工作模式,探索将公立医院党建和业务相结合,进一步深化体制创新、技术创新、模式创新、工作创新,构建优质、高效的整合型医疗卫生服务体系,努力推动公立医院高质量发展。
Under the background of the era of"Healthy China Strategy",public hospitals should continue to broaden the working methods of the deep integration of Party building work and business work,and transform the political advantage into a powerful force to promote the high quality development of hospitals.This study applied the"Party building+"innovative work mode,combined Party building and business,further deepened system innovation,technological innovation,mode innovation and work innovation,built a high-quality and efficient integrated medical and health service system,and strived to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.
