摘要
医疗行业作风建设历来是医院管理的重点和难点,关系到广大人民群众的切身利益、卫生行业的整体形象和医院的生存发展。本文结合江苏省苏北人民医院工作实际,就如何加强医院行风建设、净化医疗环境、规范医疗秩序、提高服务质量、加快和谐发展提出了相关建议和对策。
Building up medical morality is always the key and difficulty in hospital management,which concerns the masses personal interests,the overall image of health care industry and is crucial to the development of hospitals. The author, as a medical practitioner, puts forth some relevant proposals and solutions to enhance the medical morality, purify the medical environment, standardize the medical order,improve the service quality and speed up the harmonious development.
