摘要
基于体积膨胀原理研制了一种固体推进剂粘弹性泊松比测量系统,实现了固体推进剂试件级的粘弹性泊松比实时快捷测量,粘弹性泊松比测量数值的有效位数达到3位,可以为固体发动机精细化设计提供有力支撑。采用该系统开展了应变率及配方对HTPB推进剂粘弹性泊松比的影响规律试验研究。结果表明,HTPB推进剂的粘弹性泊松比随应变增加,呈现非线性降低的特征,且与应变率及配方具有明显的相关性,应变率越大,其粘弹性泊松比下降的越剧烈,也表明其内部的“脱湿”损伤越剧烈,同时配方中的大颗粒AP的含量越高,其内部“脱湿”越容易发生,粘弹性泊松比越容易下降。
Based on the principle of volume dilatation,a system for measuring the viscoelastic Poisson's ratio of solid propellant was developed,which realizes the real-time and rapid measurement of the viscoelastic Poisson′s ratio of solid propellant specimen,and the effective digits of the viscoelastic Poisson's ratio measurement value reach three,which can provide strong support for the fine design of solid rocket motor.The influence of strain rate and formulation on visco-elastic Poisson's ratio of HTPB propellant was studied by using this system.The results show that:the viscoelastic Poisson's ratio of HTPB propellant decreases nonlinearly with the increase of strain,and it has obvious correlation with the strain rate and formula.The larger the strain rate,the more severe the viscoelastic Poisson's ratio decreases,which also indicates that the internal dewetting damage is more severe.Meanwhile,the higher the content of AP with larger particle size in formula,the easier it is for internal dewetting to occur and the viscoelastic Poisson's ratio to decrease.
