摘要
本文首先论述了体积形变的粘弹行为,提出了实时体积形变非接触测试系统。通过实验研究,给出了固体推进剂的体积蠕变柔量、体积松弛模量和材料的初始气孔率。其结果对药柱强度分析计算、配方工艺研究和使用寿命预测均具有实用意义。
In this paper, at first viscoelastic behaviours of volume deformationare expounded. The discontiguous measuring system on real time volume deformation are obtained. Based on the experimental study, volume creep compliance, volume relaxation modulus and their main curves and initial void content of solid propellant are given. This paper is available for the analysis and the computation ofgrain strength, for the study of making up prescription and technology of solid propellant and for service life prediction of solid rocket grain.
