马王堆导引术对大学生身心健康的干预研究 被引量:3

Interventional Study on The Physical and Mental Health of College Students Using Mawangdui Guidance

摘要 目的本文以马王堆导引术为素材进行实验,以湖南医药学院学生为例,探究其对大学生身心健康的影响。方法以随机原则将60名同专业同年级大学生随机分为两组,正常组不干预其学习生活,导引组进行为期180天的马王堆导引术练习,实验结束后对两组大学生身形、身体素质、机能、心境状态等方面分析其实验效果。结果实验前后两组BMI数值不具有统计学意义;导引组闭目单腿站、坐位体前屈实验前后差值与正常组相比,均升高,但总体变化导引组与正常组相比不具有统计学意义;导引组心率变异性测试数值训练后较训练前降低,差异具有统计学意义;导引组SCL-90测试得分率训练后较训练前低,差异具有统计学意义。实验结果表明,大学生长期习练传统养生功法马王堆导引术,可改善其心理状态、生活质量,对身心健康有一定的积极促进作用,值得推广应用。 ObjectiveIn this paper,Mawangdui guidance as the material for teaching,Hunan University of Medicine students as an example,to explore the influence of Mawangdui guidance on the physical and mental health of contemporary college students.Methods 60 college students of the same major and grade were randomly divided into two groups.The normal group did not interfere with their study and life.The guidance group received 180 days of Mawangdui guidance training.The experimental results were analyzed in terms of shape,physical fitness,function,and state of mind.Results There was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups before and after the experiment;Compared with the normal group,the difference before and after the one-leg stand with eyes closed and sitting body flexion test in the guidance group,but there was no statistical significance in the change guidance group compared with the normal group.The heart rate variability test in the guidance group decreased after numerical training compared with before training,and the difference was statistically significant.The score rate of SCL-90 test in guidance group was lower after training than before training,and the difference was statistically significant.The experimental results show that long-term practice of Mawangdui Daoyinshu,a traditional health-preserving exercise for college students,can improve their mental state and quality of life,and have a certain positive effect on physical and mental health,which is worthy of promotion and application.
