摘要
地方普通高校在人才考核评价激励方面存在岗位聘任制度不完善、专业技术职务评聘重科研轻实绩、考核机制不健全、激励形式单一、信息化建设程度低等问题,亟待通过科学完善岗位聘任制度、着力消除专业技术职务评聘“四唯”倾向、健全分类考核评价体系、创新保障激励路径、加强数字化建设等措施加以解决。
Local ordinary universities face problems in talent assessment,evaluation,and motivation,such as incomplete job appointment systems,emphasis on scientific research over actual achievements in professional and technical job evaluations,incomplete assessment mechanisms,single incentive forms,and low levels of information construction.It is urgent to improve the job appointment system scientifically,focus on eliminating the"four only"tendency in professional and technical job evaluations,improve the classification assessment and evaluation system,and innovate and ensure incentive paths Strengthen digital construction and other measures to solve it.
