摘要
调查研究表明,重庆市高校部分新入职教师的工作适应性较低。基于新教师工作适应性偏低的内外缘由,可从教师自身发展和院系制度建设两个层面寻求提高新教师工作适应性的有效策略,即:自我提升教师素养、积极与同事沟通、提高耐挫力、正确处理教学与科研关系、加强教学管理制度建设、重视新教师责任感培育。
A survey on the new teachers of some colleges and universities in Chongqing shows that a significant amount of these new teachers' work adaptability is relatively low. Based on its internal and external causes, an effective strategy for improving new teachers' work adaptability can be sought through two aspects: teachers' self-development and faculties' system-establishment. That is to say, new teachers should improve their qualities consciously, communicate with colleagues actively, face the difficulties bravely, deal with the relationship between teaching and scientific research correctly. Also, the faculties should strengthen the teaching management system, attach great importance to the cultivation of the new teachers' sense of responsibility.
