摘要
目的旨在研究园艺疗法和心理健康专业领域的契合之处,设计后疫情时代背景下有效作用于具有地方属性的高职院校学生群体的园艺疗法活动实施路径,以期有针对性地改善和调节高职院校学生心理健康状况。本研究分为实验组和对照组,实验组实施园艺疗法并进行活动前后问卷测试,对照组无操作。结果显示,在量变指标中,学生在社交合作能力、自信心、压力与情绪、价值感方面均有所改善;在质变指标中,学生表现出学习探索兴趣增加、对生活的可控感提高、不安感减弱、成员间互动性加强和表达欲提高等。可见,园艺疗法对高职学生心理健康有正向干预作用。
This paper aims to study the compatibility between the professional fields of"horticultural therapy"and"psychological health",and design an effective implementation path of horticultural therapy activities for vocational college students with local attributes in the context of the post pandemic era,with the aim of targeted improvement and regulation of the psychological health status of vocational college students.This study includes two groups:the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received horticultural therapy and conducted pre-and post activity questionnaire tests,while the control group received no intervention.The results show that in quantitative indicators,students have improved their social and cooperative abilities,self-confidence,stress and emotions,and the sense of value;in the qualitative change indicators,students show an increased interest in learning and exploration,an increase in their sense of control over life,a decrease in their sense of unease,an increased interaction among members,and an increase in their desire to express themselves.All these indicate that horticultural therapy has a positive intervention effect on the psychological health of vocational college students.
