摘要
嗅觉障碍包括嗅觉的减退、丧失,作为临床发生率较高的一种疾病,严重影响患者的生存质量及心理健康。诸多研究证实,针刺作为中医外治法之一,有着适应范围广、安全有效、操作方便等特点,治疗该病疗效显著。本文通过对近年来针刺在嗅觉障碍的临床疗效及实验研究方面进行文献整理,从临床疗效和实验研究两方面进行综述,并对今后研究进行展望与思考。
Olfactory dysfunction(OD)includes the reduction and loss of olfactory.As a kind of disease with high clinical incidence,it is seriously affects the patients’quality of life and mental health.Many studies have confirmed that acupuncture,as one of the external treatment methods of TCM,has the characteristics of a wide range of application,safety,effectiveness,operation convenience,and has a significant therapeutic effect on the treatment of the disease.Based on the literature review on the experimental research and clinical efficacy of acupuncture in OD in recent years,this article reviewed the clinical efficacy and experimental research,and put forward the prospect and thinking of future research.
