摘要
随着自然资源统一确权登记工作的推进,各地都在对水流等自然资源所有权和自然生态空间开展确权登记。本文以水流自然资源为研究对象,结合水流相关法律、法规、规范性文件,统筹各部门对水流及其生态空间的定义与划定要求,综合研究了水流登记单元划定、所有权边界划定的技术方法,在科学开展水流自然资源确权方面进行了有益探索。
With the advancement of unified registration of natural resource ownership,various regions are carrying out registration of ownership of natural resources such as water flow and natural ecological spaces.This article takes water flow natural resources as the research object,combined with relevant laws,regulations,and normative documents on water flow,and coordinates the definition and delineation requirements of water flow and its ecological space among various departments.It comprehensively studies the technical methods for delineating water flow ecological space and ownership boundaries,and conducts beneficial explorations in scientific research on water flow natural resource ownership confirmation.
