摘要
长江中游地区在我国生态安全战略格局中发挥重要作用,也是城市化战略格局中的重要节点,如何协调流域内人—地—水关系,系统开展国土空间生态修复,与区域未来可持续发展密切相关。本研究从生态学与地理学的视角出发,分析长江中游相关规划的功能定位,诊断其存在的生态系统破碎化、湖泊湿地萎缩阻隔等问题,基于山水林田湖草一体化保护修复的考虑,识别了长江中游网络中心、连接廊道和重要斑块,进而构建了区域绿色基础设施网络,并提出分区分类开展国土空间生态修复的策略与措施,以期为大尺度国土空间生态修复工作提供参考与借鉴。
The middle reaches of the Yangtze River not only play an important role in China's ecological security strategic pattern,but are an important nodes in the strategic pattern of urbanization.How to coordinate the human-land-water relationship in the basin and systematically carry out the national territory spatial ecological restoration is closely related to the sustainable development of the region in the future.From the perspective of ecological geography,this study analyzes the functional positioning of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in the relevant planning based on the consideration of integrated conservation and rehabilitation of mountains-riversforests-farmlands-lakes-grasslands system,diagnoses the problems of ecosystem fragmentation and lake wetland shrinkage barrier,identifies the Yangtze River midstream network center,connecting corridors and important plaques,and then constructs the regional green infrastructure network,and puts forward the strategies and measures of regional classification to carry out the national territory spatial ecological restoration,with a view to providing reference and reference for the ecological restoration of large-scale land space.
