摘要
通过分析薄煤层开采设备的现状,分析薄煤层开采的技术及设备难点,找到影响其开采的薄弱环节,以重要组成部分液压支架的智能化调节为研究核心,建立智能化解决方案,并对方案进行数据计算验证,同时采用模型仿真模拟证实控制系统的可靠性,对薄煤层的开采工作能够有较大的帮助。
By analyzing the current situation of thin coal seam mining equipment,analyzing the technical and equipment difficulties of thin coal seam mining,identifying the weak links that affect its mining,taking the intelligent adjustment of the important component hydraulic support as the research core,establishing an intelligent solution,and conducting data calculation verification on the project.At the same time,model simulation is also used to verify the reliability of the control system.It can be of great help for the mining of thin coal seams.
