摘要
针对综采工作面逐渐向智能化方向发展,以实验室综采工作面三机为研究对象,在unity3d平台下通过脚本组件再现三机运动情况。在unity3d平台下建立综采工作面虚拟场景;运用面向对象的编程思想,详细介绍脚本组件控制采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机各自的单机仿真以及综采工作面三机的智能协同运动;最后介绍了图形用户界面GUI(Graphical User Interface)的交互控制,通过监控面板实时显示了三机的运动情况及对部分动作的人工控制。本系统在测试过程中运行良好,达到了真实再现综采工作面三机实际工作情况,为以后实现智能生产提供数字化基础的目的。
In view of the development of fully-mechanized coal mining face to the intelligent direction,taking three machines in the laboratory as the object of study,on the unity3 d platform,three machine movements are reproduced by script components. Firstly,the system established the virtual scene of fully-mechanized mining face in unity3 d platform;Then,by using the object-oriented programming idea,the simulation of the single machine and the intelligent cooperative movement of three fully mechanized mining machines were controled by script components;Finally,the interactive control of the GUI was introduced,the movement of the three machines and the manual control was displayed. The system runs well in the test process,the actual working condition has been reappeared,which provides a digital basis for intelligent production.
