金沙江中游梯级水电站水库优化调度措施分析 被引量:7

摘要 针对金沙江中游梯级水电站水库可调库容小的客观事实,综合考虑梯级水电站生活、生态、生产等用水需求,以满足流域防洪、生态和水资源综合利用等方面要求为目标,结合近年来运行实践,从控制枯平期经济运行指标、优化系统运行方式及线路检修安排、水库汛前联合消落、运行水位浮动控制以及做好中小洪水调度方面着手,提出了不同阶段金中梯级水电站水库优化调度措施,并以2022年梨园、阿海、鲁地拉水库调度运用过程举例说明。 The objective fact is that there is a small adjustable storage capacity in the reservoirs of Jinsha River midstream cascade hydropower stations.Taking into account the water needs for daily life,ecology,and production of cascade hydropower stations,this paper aims to meet the requirements of flood control,ecology,and comprehensive utilization of water resources in the basin.Based on recent operational practices,this paper proposes measures for optimizing the operation of Jinsha River midstream cascade hydropower stations in different stages,starting from controlling economic operation indicators during dry and flat periods,optimizing system operation mode and line maintenance arrangements,joint pre flood reduction of reservoirs,floating control of operating water levels,and doing a good job in regulating small and medium-sized floods.It provides an example of the operation process of Liyuan,Ahai,and Rudila reservoirs in 2022.
