摘要
为研究液压支架的疲劳寿命,以ZY6000/25/50型两柱掩护式液压支架为分析对象,根据GB 25974.1—2010《煤矿用液压支架第1部分:通用技术条件》对顶梁扭转,底座两端集中载荷工况下液压支架进行静力学仿真分析。基于ANSYS Workbench软件与nCode软件,搭建了静力学-疲劳寿命联合仿真平台,对液压支架进行了疲劳寿命分析,得到了整架的疲劳寿命分布云图。仿真结果表明,该型号液压支架耐久性能良好,该分析方法可为液压支架的研发和改进提供参考。
In order to study the fatigue life of hydraulic support,taking ZY6000/25/50 type two-pillar shield hydraulic support as the analysis object,according to GB 25974.1-2010 Hydraulic Support for Coal Mine Part l:General Technical Conditions,the static simulation analysis of the hydraulic support under the condition of torsion of the top beam and concentrated load at both ends of the base is carried out.Based on ANSYS Workbench software and nCode software,a joint simulation platform of static-fatigue life is built.The fatigue life of the hydraulic support is analyzed,and the fatigue life distribution nephogram of the whole frame is obtained.The simulation results show that this type of hydraulic support has good durability,and the analysis method can provide a reference for the development and improvement of hydraulic supports.
