摘要
针对目前进行的内加载试验不能真实地反应实际工况下液压支架顶梁受到的作用力,和顶梁的变形趋势,而外加载试验台对生产厂家来说造价高、维护困难,开创性地提出了在内加载试验台的基础上,通过对立柱压力的差别控制使顶梁受力状况和变形趋势更加接近垂直外加载试验结果,也就是更加接近实际工况。
A conclusion has been verified that inner loading experiment can't response real condition in coal mine. But experiment with outer loading function is a little expensive for manufacturer of hydraulic supports and complicated repair work and operation is another problem for workers of manufacturer. A new method has been brought up. By providing different pressure to four hydraulic props of a hydraulic support, the distribution of stress can approach to condition under outer loading experiment. By another words, the condition can approach to real condition in coal mine. It's a second choice for manufacturers of hydraulic supports.
