摘要
目的探讨信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用效果。方法68例GDM患者随机分为对照组(常规宣教)和观察组(IKAP健康教育),比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的健康知识知晓度和BFE-C评分均高于对照组,不良分娩结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IKAP健康教育能够提高GDM患者的健康知识知晓度和疾病获益感,减少不良分娩结局的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)health education in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 68 patients with GDM were randomly divided into the control group(routine education)and the observation group(IKAP health education).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the health knowledge awareness and BFE-C score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions IKAP health education can improve the health knowledge awareness and disease benefit finding of GDM patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse delivery outcomes.
