摘要
目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合培哚普利治疗高血压的效果。方法100例高血压患者随机分为两组,对照组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合培哚普利治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,颈动脉内膜-中层厚度、颈动脉斑块面积均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合培哚普利能有效降低高血压患者的血压水平,减轻颈动脉硬化。
Objective To explore the effect of levamlodipine besylate combined with perindopril in the treatment of hypertension.Methods 100 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with levamlodipine besylate,and the observation group was treated with levamlodipine besylate combined with perindopril.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those of the control group,and the thickness of the carotid intimamedia layer and the area of carotid plaques were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Levamlodipine besylate combined with perindopril can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients and alleviate carotid atherosclerosis.
