摘要
目的探究银丹心脑通软胶囊联合左旋氨氯地平对老年高血压患者血压控制情况及炎症因子的影响.方法选择本院2020年4月—2022年8月收治的56例老年高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组28例.对照组采用左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组在此基础上采用银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗,两组均治疗1个月.对比两组患者的血液流变学指标、血压、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)及血液生化指标水平.结果治疗后,观察组的全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原、血浆粘度水平分别为(3.21±0.40)mPa·s、(15.55±2.35)mPa·s、(4.72±1.66)、(2.26±0.14)g/L、(1.02±0.22)mPa·s,均低于对照组的(4.07±0.39)mPa·s、(20.31±2.09)mPa·s、(5.60±1.22)、(3.04±0.47)g/L、(1.52±0.28)mPa·s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的舒张压、收缩压分别为(77.53±3.22)mmHg、(122.54±2.14)mmHg,均低于对照组的(84.77±5.54)mmHg、(142.35±2.98)mmHg,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的IL-6、hs-CRP、ox-LDL水平分别为(2.25±0.94)ng/L、(2.54±0.69)mg/L、(620.55±91.07)μg/L,均低于对照组的(3.89±1.02)ng/L、(3.92±0.81)mg/L、(686.42±98.26)μg/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的尿酸、胱抑素C水平分别为(271.57±90.14)μmol/L、(0.95±0.18)mg/L,均低于对照组的(321.31±94.01)μmol/L、(1.07±0.21)mg/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用银丹心脑通软胶囊联合左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的效果确切,能有效纠正患者血液流变学紊乱,提高降压效果,减轻机体炎症反应,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule combined with levamlodipine on blood pressure control and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 56 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levamlodipine,and the observation group was treated with Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule on this basis.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The hemorheology indexes,blood pressure,interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive Creactive protein(hs-CRP),oxidation-modified low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)and blood biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index,fibrin and plasma viscosity levels in the observation group were(3.21±0.40)mPa·s,(15.55±2.35)mPa·s,(4.72±1.66),(2.26±0.14)g/L,(1.02±0.22)mPa·s,respectively,which were lower than(4.07±0.39)mPa·s,(20.31±2.09)mPa·s,(5.60±1.22),(3.04±0.47)g/L,(1.52±0.28)mPa·s in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were(77.53±3.22)mmHg and(122.54±2.14)mmHg,respectively,which were lower than(84.77±5.54)mmHg and(142.35±2.98)mmHg in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and ox-LDL in the observation group were(2.25±0.94)ng/L,(2.54±0.69)mg/L and(620.55±91.07)μg/L,respectively,which were lower than(3.89±1.02)ng/L,(3.92±0.81)mg/L,(686.42±98.26)μg/L in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of uric acid and cystatin C in the observation group were(271.57±90.14)μmol/L and(0.95±0.18)mg/L,respectively,which were lower than(321.31±94.01)μmol/L and(1.07±0.21)mg/L in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule combined with levoamlodipine has a definite effect in the treatment of elderly hypertension,which can effectively correct the hemorheological disorder of patients,improve the antihypertensive effect and reduce the inflammatory response of the body,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
