摘要
某炼油厂溶剂再生装置E302水冷器换热管发生开裂泄漏。通过化学分析、金相分析、扫描电镜观察、能谱分析和X射线衍射分析等手段对开裂区域金属材质、腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物等进行了分析,结合工艺流程综合判断腐蚀开裂原因。综合现场腐蚀情况及分析结果,E302换热管腐蚀的主要原因是:该系列使用NCMA胺液,由于NCMA胺液降解生成的热稳定盐浓度过高,造成E302换热管发生胺应力腐蚀开裂及热胺盐腐蚀,最终导致E302换热管泄漏。
Leakage occurred in E302 water cooler of a solvent regeneration unit in a refinery.Surveys were conducted on metal material,corrosion morphology and corrosion products in the cracking area by means of chemical analysis,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy observation,energy spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis.Based on on-site corrosion situation and failure analysis results,it was found that NCMA amine solution used in this series was the main cause.Due to the high concentration of heat stable salt generated from the degradation of NCMA amine solution,resulting in amine stress corrosion cracking and hot amine salt corrosion in E302 heat exchanger tube,which eventually led to leakage of heat exchanger tube of the water cooler.
