摘要
中交集团上海超高层总部基地项目总占地2.7万m2,其基坑采用“两墙合一”的地下连续墙进行围护,基础最大埋深17.25m。地上为7栋单体建筑,包括两栋框架核心筒结构、4栋钢框架结构以及1栋历史保留建筑。作为“两墙合一”的地下连续墙其工程质量不仅对地下结构施工有很大影响,更直接影响建筑结构的使用功能。因此在施工中需要对地下连续墙的施工过程进行严格监控,以控制墙体的工程质量。为了研究软土地层中地下连续墙施工及其质量控制的关键问题,依托该工程进行了数值模拟分析,确定了采用水泥土搅拌桩加固周围地层的方法,以确保成槽质量。最后介绍了地下连续墙的施工过程、施工控制指标、工程监测、施工注意事项以及部分重要的质量问题与安全问题的预防措施。
The headquarters of CCCC group in Shanghai covers an area of 27000 m2,and the foundation pit is supported by an underground diaphragm wall.The maximum depth of the foundation is 17.25 m.There are six single buildings above ground,including two frame core tube structures and four steel frame structures.The engineering quality of diaphragm wall not only has a great impact on the construction of underground structure,but also directly affects the use function of building structure.Therefore,the construction process of diaphragm wall needs to be strictly monitored in order to control the engineering quality of the wall.In order to study the key problems of diaphragm wall construction and quality control in soft soil layer,this paper carries out numerical simulation analysis based on the project,and determines the method of strengthening the surrounding stratum with cement soil mixing pile to ensure the quality of grooving.Finally,the construction process,construction control index,engineering monitoring,construction precautions and preventive measures for some important quality and safety problems of diaphragm wall are introduced.
