摘要
高等教育数字化转型国际研讨会2月28日在深圳召开。会议以“高等教育数字化转型未来展望”为主题,邀请世界各国专家、高等教育机构及其他利益相关方分享数字化教学实践成果,共商全球高等教育数字化发展的趋势与未来方向。与会嘉宾通过总结“高校教师数字化教学赋能试点项目”的实践经验,进一步探讨各伙伴院校所在区域的高等教育数字化转型情况,以及持续推进转型面临的困难与挑战;并形成以下四点共识:微认证、微证书是实现高校与教师数字化转型的重要形式和途径;高等教育数字化转型研究有助于全球实践;推动高等教育数字化转型国际合作应当关注各国本地发展特点与需求;数字化教育基础设施建设为实现高等教育数字化转型提供重要保障。
The International Higher Education Digital Transformation Conference was held on February 28th in ShenZhen.Focusing on the vision on digital transformation in higher education,the conference invited experts,higher education institutions(HEIs)and other stakeholders worldwide to share practical achievements of digital teaching and co-consult on the trends and future of global higher education digital transformation.By summarizing the practical experience of the“Pilot Project of Empowerment for University Teachers’Digital Teaching”,this paper further discusses the situations of higher education digital transformation of each partner HEIs,as well as the difficulties and challenges for promoting the sustainable transformation.This paper also reaches the following four consensus:“Micro-certification and micro-certificate are important forms and ways to achieve the digital transformation of universities and teachers”,“Research on the digital transformation of higher education empowers global practice”,“International cooperation in promoting the digital transformation of higher education should pay attention to the characteristics and needs of localization and customization”and“The construction of digital education infrastructure provides an important guarantee for the realization of digital transformation of higher education”.
