摘要
细粒黑钨矿与石榴石矿分离困难。为了实现细粒黑钨矿的高效回收,研究黑钨矿与不同类型石榴石矿浮选分离行为机理,提供黑钨矿与不同类型石榴石矿浮选分离方案。对黑钨矿及三种不同类型石榴石矿进行了pH试验、捕收剂用量试验、金属离子用量试验、抑制剂用量试验、药剂吸附量测定、红外光谱测试。结果表明,在pH=8、苯甲羟肟酸用量250 mg/L、Pb(NO_(3))_(2)用量10 mg/L、水玻璃用量100 mg/L的情况下,黑钨矿回收率可达90.55%,三种不同类型石榴石矿回收率只有16.11%、7.80%、4.95%,实现了黑钨矿与三种不同类型石榴石矿的有效分离。机理研究表明,苯甲羟肟酸在黑钨矿及三种不同类型石榴石矿表面发生化学吸附;Pb(NO 3)2对苯甲羟肟酸在黑钨矿及三种不同类型石榴石矿表面的吸附起到促进作用;水玻璃对黑钨矿的浮选没有抑制作用,但强烈抑制了三种不同类型石榴石矿的上浮。
Recovery of fine-grained wolframite is very difficult.In order to achieve the efficient recovery of fine-grained wolframite,the flotation separation behavior mechanism of wolframite and different types of garnet ore was studied,providing a flotation separation scheme for wolframite and different types of garnet ore.pH test,collector dosage test,metal ion dosage test,depressant dosage test,adsorption amount of agent measurement and infrared spectrum analysis were carried out on wolframite and three different types of garnet ores.The results showed that the recovery of wolframite could reach 90.55%at pH=8,benzohydroxamic acid of dosage 250 mg/L,Pb(NO_(3))_(2)dosage of 10 mg/L,sodium silicate dosage of 100 mg/L.The recovery of three different types of garnet ores were only 16.11%,7.80%,4.95%,respectively.The effective separation of wolframite from three different types of garnet ores was achieved.The mechanism study shows that benzohydroxamic acid is chemically adsorbed on wolframite and three different types of garnet ores.Pb(NO_(3))_(2)can promote the adsorption of benzohydroxamic acid on wolframite and three different types of garnet ores.Sodium silicate has no effect on the flotation of wolframite,but strongly inhibits the flotation of three different types of garnet ores.
