摘要
造价咨询企业对造价成果文件的数字化管理、造价数据库的建设及工程造价编制的质量控制,可作为造价咨询企业内造价数字资产积累和员工提质增效的重要手段。文章简述了造价数据库建设的一种思路以及造价数据库在工程造价编制过程中质量控制的实现及应用。依据工程造价特性以提质增效为应用目的建设造价数据库,并将其与造价咨询企业内质量控制制度相结合,提炼并固化造价成果数据的质量控制规则,分析规则中所用数据,从而建设工程指标数据库、典型模板数据库、组价方案数据库、无价材料数据库等造价数据库。建设造价数据库并将其与造价工程质量控制相结合,不仅能有效积累企业数据资产,而且还能大幅提升造价成果文件审核效率及质量。
In cost consulting enterprises,the digital management of cost result documents,the construction of cost database and the quality control of project cost compilation can be used as important means for the accumulation of cost digital assets and the improvement of quality and efficiency of employees in cost consulting enterprises.This paper describes an idea of the construction of cost database and the realization and application of quality control of cost database in the process of engineering cost compilation.According to the characteristics of the project cost,the cost database is built for the purpose of improving quality and efficiency,and combining it with the quality control system in the cost consulting enterprise,extracting and solidifying the quality control rules of the cost result data,analyzing the data used in the rules,so as to construct the project Index database,typical template database,price plan database,priceless material database and other cost databases.Building a cost database and combining it with the quality control of cost engineering can not only consolidate the accumulated experience of enterprise data assets,but also greatly improve the efficiency and quality of cost document review.
