摘要 本文参照牧神4YZS-8自走式玉米种穗收获机收获玉米种穗实际作业状况,设计了二因素三水平的试验方案,分析清杂风机转速与作业行驶速度对玉米种穗含杂率以及玉米种穗籽粒损失率的影响。试验表明清杂风机转速与采摘作业行驶速度是玉米种穗收获中玉米种穗含杂率及损失率的主要影响因素,通过合理匹配作业参数,行驶速度为7~9 km/h,清杂风机转速在700~900 r/min时达到损失率最低。 In this paper,referring to the actual operating conditions of the Moshine 4YZS-8 self-propelled corn ear harvester when harvesting corn ears,a two-factor and three-level test scheme were designed to analyze the effects of the speed of the trash removal fan and the operating speed on the percentage of corn ears containing impurities and the percentage of corn ears grain loss.The test showed that the rotating speed of the cleaning fan and the driving speed of the picking operation are the main factors affecting the impurity content and loss rate of the corn ear in the corn ear harvest.Through reasonable matching of the operating parameters,the speed of the cleaning fan was 7~9km/h,and the speed of the cleaning fan reached the lowest loss rate at 700~900 r/min.
