摘要
研究发现慢性牙周病与心血管疾病(CVD)之间密切相关。牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis)是牙周病常见菌,在心血管斑块中的检测率为100%。本综述归纳了Porphyromonas gingivalis致病因子:菌毛、牙龈蛋白酶、荚膜等;探讨Porphyromonas gingivalis与CVD的相关性;Porphyromonas gingivalis对CVD致病途径,包括吞噬细胞介导和菌血症感染;Porphyromonas gingivalis对CVD致病机制,包括氧化应激反应(OS)、内皮功能障碍、血管重塑等,旨在为后期研究与Porphyromonas gingivalis相关的CVD的发生发展提供思路。
Studies have found a strong relationship between chronic periodontal disease and cardiovascular disease(CVD).Porphyromonas gingivalis is a common bacterium in periodontal disease with a detection rate of 100%in cardiovascular plaques.In this paper,the pathogenic factors of Porphyromonas gingivalis were summarized:fimbriae,gingival protease,capsula,etc.To explore the correlation between Porphyromonas gingivalis and CVD,Porphyromonas gingivalis on the pathogenic pathways of CVD,including phagocytes-mediated and bacteremic infection,and the pathogenic mechanism of Porphyromonas gingivalis on CVD,including oxidative stress(OS),endothelial dysfunction,and vascular remodeling,aiming to provide ideas for later studies of the occurrence and development of CVD associated with Porphyromonas gingivalis.
