摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,物流配送业和生鲜电商业发展迅速,人们对于生鲜农产品的要求越来越高。作为源头,农产品冷链物流建设在农产品流通体系中越来越重要。在扶贫助农助推乡村振兴的背景下,农产品流通涌现的新模式将为农村经济的发展指明新方向。绿色、健康、无污染的生鲜农产品越发受到人们的喜爱。政府也意识到了生鲜农产品冷链物流的重要性,出台相关政策来鼓励生鲜农产品的发展。在2020年初,农业农村部发布了《有关推进现代农产品储存保鲜冷链系统建立的具体实施若干意见》,这表明现代农产品冷链管理将成为未来开发的重要方向。文章将对栖霞苹果冷冻链物流配送的开发状况进行分析,并结合“最先一公里”的研究成果,提出若干有益的建议。
With the rapid development of China,s economy,as well as the development of logistics distribution industry and fresh electricity business,people's requirements for fresh agricultural products are becoming higher and higher.As the source,the construction of agricultural cold chain logistics plays an increasingly important role in the circulation system of agricultural products.Under the background of helping the poor and helping the farmers boost the rural revitalization,the emerging new mode of agricultural products circulation guides the new direction of rural economic development.Green,healthy and pollution-free fresh agricultural products are more and more popular.Realizing the significance of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products,the government proposed policies to foster their growth.At the beginning of 2020,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Cold Chain Facilities for Storage and Preservation of Agricultural Products,which shows that cold chain management of agricultural products will become an important direction for future development.This paper will analyze the development status of Qixia apple cold-chain logistics distribution,based on the research results of"the first kilometer"cold-chain logistics of agricultural products,and puts forward some useful suggestions.
