摘要
我国生鲜农产品产量逐年提高,但冷链流通的比率偏低。企业应采取多种措施完善冷链物流建设:借鉴发达国家经验,提高运作管理水平;创新人才培养模式,加大人才培养力度等。
China＇s fresh produce crop increase year by year,but the cold chain circulation ratio is low.The enterprise should take various measures to improve the construction of cold chain logistics：learning from the experience of developed countries,to improve the operation management level;innovating the mode of talent training,training of talents.
