摘要
结合120 t复吹转炉生产实际,设计了二次燃烧氧枪喷头参数,优化了转炉冶炼工艺制度。实践表明,与普通氧枪相比,应用二次燃烧氧枪吹炼可以缩短供氧时间约93 s,供氧效率提升10.6%,熔池钢水平均温度提升约18.527℃,废钢比提高1.3%,脱磷率提高1.5%,且对煤气回收几乎没有影响。
Based on the actual production of 120 t combined blowing converter,the parameters for secondary combustion oxygen lance nozzles were designed and the technological system for smelting by converter was optimized.The practice showed that comparing to ordinary oxygen lances,using secondary combustion oxygen lances could reduce the time for oxygen supply by about 93 s,oxygen supply efficiency could be increased by 10.6%,the average temperature of molten steel in molten pool could be improved by about 18.527 C,the ratio of scrap could be increased by 1.3%,the dephosphorization rate could be increased by 1.5%and there was little impact on gas recovery.
