摘要
主要对少渣冶炼在转炉炼钢中的应用进行分析和探讨,阐述了稳定留渣对转炉操作的影响,其除了能够有效代替一些石灰,降低对石灰所造成的消耗之外,也能促进转炉冶炼前期化渣,提高石灰利用率。自动炼钢的使用对稳定转炉的加料及枪位有积极的意义,有利于降低炼钢生产的成本。
This article mainly analyzes and explores the application of low slag smelting in converter steelmaking,and elaborates on the impact of stable slag retention on converter operation.In addition to effectively replacing some lime and reducing the consumption of lime,it can also promote the early slagging of converter smelting and improve the utilization rate of lime.The use of automatic steelmaking has a positive significance in stabilizing the feeding and gun position of the converter,which is beneficial for reducing the cost of steelmaking production.
