Optimization of renewable energy bidding and consumption in electricity market environment based on improved gravity search algorithm

摘要 为解决新能源参与电力市场竞标、促进新能源消纳的问题,文章提出了基于改进引力搜索算法的电力市场环境下可再生能源竞标消纳优化模型。建立了风电、光伏机组出力模型,确定了风电光伏不确定出力场景削减。针对可再生能源竞标消纳模型建立了出清电价模型,确定了交易双方利润模型,并针对交易过程中的不确定概率进行了分析。提出了采用改进引力搜索算法联合模式搜索算法对出清电价模型进行求解。最后通过仿真分析,说明了所提方法的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of new energy participating in the bidding in the electricity market and promoting the consumption of new energy,an optimization model of bidding and consumption of renewable energy in the electricity market environment based on the improved gravitational search algorithm was proposed.The output models of wind power and photovoltaic units were established,and the uncertain output scenarios of wind power and photovoltaics were determined.According to the renewable energy bidding and consumption model,the clearing electricity price mechanism is established,the profit model of both parties of the transaction is determined,and the uncertainty probability in the transaction process is analyzed.An improved gravitational search algorithm combined with a pattern search algorithm is proposed to solve the model.Simulation analysis of the proposed algorithm and model is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
