摘要
目的探究2型糖尿病患者联合应用沙格列汀、二甲双胍的临床价值,评估对血糖水平以及不良反应发生率产生的影响。方法回顾性的临床资料分析福建省立医院2020年1月—2022年6月收治的200例2型糖尿病患者,以治疗方法的不同分组处理,将患者划分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100),对照组于治疗期间单用二甲双胍,观察组则联合应用沙格列汀、二甲双胍。对比两组患者治疗效果,观察指标包含血糖水平、不良反应发生率、胰岛功能。结果治疗前,对照组、观察组胰岛功能、血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组胰岛功能改善效果以及血糖水平控制效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。测定对比两组患者用药后不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者联合应用沙格列汀、二甲双胍对于控制血糖水平具有积极效应,可提升整体治疗效果,且用药安全性较高,具有一定推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the combination of saxagliptin and metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to assess the effects on blood glucose levels and the incidence of adverse reactions.Methods The clinical data of,200 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were retrospective analyzed,and the patients were divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100)by different grouping treatment.The control group was treated with metformin alone,while the observation group was treated with a combination of saxagliptin and metformin.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the observation indexes included blood glucose level,incidence of adverse reactions,and islet function.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in islet function and blood glucose levels between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05);aAfter treatment,the improvement effect of islet function and the control effect of blood glucose level in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after medication was measured and compared in both groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of saxagliptin and metformin of diabetic patients has a positive effect on the control of blood glucose level and can improve the overall therapeutic effect,and the safety of the medication is high,which has certain promtion value.
