摘要
《黄帝内经》中既有将“不盛不虚”与人迎寸口脉法相联系的文献,也有与之无关者。在《灵枢·经脉》与《灵枢·禁服》二篇中,不仅存在不支持“不盛不虚”与人迎寸口脉法相关的依据,反而可见从标本诊法移植的痕迹,故《灵枢·经脉》将该句列于各经病候之下。《灵枢·禁服》有“审按其本末”之语。“以经取之”由于语境的缺失难以考察其本来含义。若从标本诊法的角度看相关句子,可以认为“不盛不虚”之前均为标本处有异象,病在经脉,其治属“经刺”范畴;“不盛不虚”为标本处无异,病不在经脉而在皮毛、络脉,故其治不属“经刺”,而当属“缪刺”范畴。
In Huang Di Nei Jing,there are two pieces of literature that relate"Bu Sheng Bu Xu"with Renying Cunkou pulse taking method,yet in some others the both have nothing to do with each other were proposed.In the two chapters,namely,Ling Shu·Jing Mai and Ling Shu·Jin Fu,there are not only evidences that deny the relationship between"Bu Sheng Bu Xu"and Renying Cunkou pusle taking method,but also there ar traces of transplantation from the Biao Ben diagnosis method,so Ling Shu·Jing Mai lists this sentence under the symptoms of each meridian.In Ling Shu·Jin Fu,it also says that"Shen An Qi Ben Mo".And it is difficult to examine the original meaning of"Yi Jing Qu Zhi"due to the lack of context.If looking at the relevant sentences from the perspective of Biao Ben diagnosis method,it can be considered that before"Bu Sheng Bu Xu",there are abnormalities in Biao Ben.In other words,the disease is in the meridians and its treatment belongs to the category of"meridian needling"."Bu Sheng Bu Xu"means that there′re no abnormal in Biao Ben,the disease is not in the meridians but in the skin,the hair and the collaterals,so the treatment does not belong to"meridian needling"but the category of"contralateral needling".
