摘要
在战略转型下,新工科建设将成为技术人才培育共识,为广大职业技术教育领域内的学子创造发展机会,也将成为新一轮服务及技术升级发展的强劲驱动力。而新工科建设中,以软件应用为目标核心的人才培养深为社会所关注。软件技术的创新及应用都有鲜明的时代特征,是时代性需求中的代表性事物。文章将研究目标指向软件技术人才培养方面,以贵阳幼儿师范高等专科学校为例,着重探讨人才培养中的问题,并针对这些问题进行对策分析。
Under strategic transformation,the construction of new engineering disciplines will become a consensus for cultivating technical talents,creating development opportunities for students in the field of vocational and technical education,and will also become a strong driving force for the new round of service and technological upgrading development.In the construction of new engineering disciplines,talent cultivation with software applications as the core goal has been deeply concerned by society.The innovation and application of software technology have distinct characteristics of the times and are representative of the demands of the times.The article aims to focus on the cultivation of software technology talents,taking Guiyang preschool educatlon college as an example,focusing on exploring the problems in talent cultivation,and analyzing countermeasures to address these issues.
