摘要
建立了QuEChERS前处理法结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定鱼肉中18种磺胺类化合物残留的分析方法,并对样品前处理提取方法和净化方法进行优化研究。18种磺胺类化合物在1.00~40.0μg·L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,样品加标回收率在86.6%~108.3%之间,RSD为3.1%~6.2%(n=6)。本方法前处理操作快速方便,检出限低,加标回收率和精密度较好,可用于鱼肉中磺胺脒、甲氧苄啶和磺胺醋酰等磺胺类药物残留的检测分析。
A QuEChERS pretreatment method combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established for the simultaneous determination of 18 sulfonamides residues in fish,and the extraction method and purification method of sample pretreatment were optimized.There was a good linear relationship between the 18 sulfonamides in the range of 1.00~40.0μg·L^(-1).The recoveries of the samples were 86.6%~108.3%,with RSD of 3.1%~6.2%(n=6).This method has the advantages of rapid and convenient pretreatment,low detection limit,good recovery and precision.It can be used for the detection and analysis of sulfonamides residues in fish,such as sulfadiamidine,trimethoprim and sulfamethol.
