摘要
本文研究了地铁运营中公铁车之间的对接作业中出现的问题,分析了公铁车在启动和制动时造成的剧烈冲击,并通过优化方案解决这一问题。通过重写车辆控制站的电机控制程序,采用“先慢后快”的方式,更改启动加速度曲线,使车辆启动过程平稳,减小与电客车启动瞬间的速度差,降低电客车给公铁车的惯性冲击力。通过测试验证,采取这些优化措施可以有效预防公铁车在启动和制动时可能导致的滑行、空转、车体震颤和脱轨等问题,提高了公铁车之间对接作业的安全性和稳定性。
This article studies the problems that arise in the docking operation between public and railway vehicles in subway operation,analyzes the severe impact caused by public and railway vehicles during startup and braking,and solves this problem through optimization solutions.By rewriting the motor control program of the vehicle control station and adopting a"slow first,then fast"approach,the starting acceleration curve is changed to make the vehicle start process smooth,reduce the speed difference at the moment of starting with the electric bus,and reduce the inertial impact force of the electric bus on the railway vehicle.Through testing and verification,adopting these optimization measures can effectively prevent problems such as sliding,idling,body vibration,and derailment that may occur during startup and braking of railway cars,and improve the safety and stability of docking operations between railway cars.
