摘要
介绍了弹性材料的摩擦机理 ,从文献值和实验数据介绍了硬度、软段种类及其相对分子质量、异氰酸酯指数、成型温度以及环境温度等因素对聚氨酯弹性体摩擦系数的影响。聚氨酯摩擦系数与测试条件有关。相同测试条件下 ,硬度低、极性基团多 (如聚酯型聚氨酯 )的聚氨酯弹性体摩擦系数较大。在 6 0℃以下 ,随环境温度的提高 。
The friction mechanics of elastomers was introduced and some factors such as hardness, the kind of soft segments and their molecular weight, isocyanate index, molding temperature and environmental temperature on the friction coefficient of polyurethane elastomers were discussed with the experimental results and the reported data from the literature. The results show that the friction coefficient varies with the measurement conditions and the polyurethane elastomers with lower hardness and more polar groups have high friction coefficient under the same testing condition. It was also found that below 60℃ the friction coefficient of polyurethane elastomers increased with the environmental temperature.
