摘要
目的 探究术前正念减压对四肢骨折患者术后疼痛、康复依从性、生活质量的影响。方法 选取临沂市第四人民医院2019年7月—2022年7月收治的80例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院单单双号随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患者实施常规术前干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施正念减压训练。比较两组术后疼痛评分、康复依从性评分及生活质量评分。结果 术后6 h、24 h、3 d及7 d观察组VAS评分为(4.26±1.06)、(3.58±1.02)、(2.46±1.21)及(1.01±0.23)分,均低于对照组的(5.24±1.07)、(4.77±1.06)、(3.86±1.04)及(2.11±0.42)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组康复依从性评分、各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对四肢骨折患者实施术前正念减压可有效降低患者术后疼痛情况,提高患者术后康复依从性及生活质量,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness decompression before operation on postoperative pain,rehabilitation compliance and quality of life of patients with limb fracture.Methods Eighty patients with fracture of limbs admitted to Linyi Fourth People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the single and even number of patients'admission list,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine preoperative intervention,while the patients in the observation group received mindfulness decompress tranning on the basis of the control group.The scores of postoperative pain,rehabilitation compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 hours,24 hours,3 days and 7 days after surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were(4.26±1.06),(3.58±1.02),(2.46±1.21)and(1.01±0.23)points,which were lower than those of the control group with(5.24±1.07),(4.77±1.06),(3.86±1.04)and(2.11±0.42)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehabilitation compliance score and various quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness decompression before operation in patients with limb fracture could effectively reduce postoperative pain of patients,improve postoperative rehabilitation compliance and the quality of life of patients,which had high clinical application and promotion value.
