摘要
2019年新农科建设启动以来,全国农林院校积极探索创新人才培养模式,开展一系列的改革与实践。本文从新农科人才培养的时代背景,新农科人才的时代特点进行分析,从农科学生德智体美劳全面发展的角度,对新农科人才核心素养培养的路径做出有益探索,对于农林院校加强新农科人才培养具有一定的推广和示范作用。
Since the launch of new agricultural science construction in 2019,agriculture and forestry colleges and universities in China have actively explored innovative talent training models and carried out a series of reforms and practices.This article analyzes the background of the new agricultural science talent training and the characteristics of the new agricultural science talent,and from the perspective of the all-round development of agricultural students'morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor full scale development,making a beneficial exploration on the path of cultivating the core literacy of new agricultural talents.Based on the above results,it will play a certain role in promoting and demonstrating the cultivation of new agricultural talents in agriculture and forestry colleges and universities.
