摘要
目的 探讨眼球穿通伤的诊断和正确处理。方法 对 10 1例眼球穿通伤的临床诊疗进行了回顾性分析和随访。结果 10 1例眼球穿通伤患者 ,术后视力 0 .0 2以上者 91例。术后随访 3～ 10月 ,2 0例外伤性白内障术后视力均≥ 0 .3。外路术取出 2 0例球内异物中 ,2例发生视网膜脱离 ;采用玻璃体切割术 ,直视下取出异物 ,无一例发生视网膜脱离。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and proper treatment of perforating wouds of the eye.Methods Retrospective clinical analysis and postoperative follow-up of 101 cases of perforating wounds of the eye.Result Of 101 cases of perforating wounds of the eye,The postoperative visual acuities of 91 cases of perforating wounds of the eye were better than 0.02.Postoperative follow-up 3 to 12 months,The postoperative visual acuities of 20 cases of traumatic cataract≥0.3.20 cases intraocular foreign body were extracted by outer routine means,2 of them develops retinal detachment;however no retinal detachment develops in other cases in extraction of intraocular foreign body by means of vitrectomy.Conclusion To diagnosis timingly and treat properly is the key to enhance the treatment effects of perforating wounds of the eye.
