摘要
目的研究超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗白内障合并急性原发闭角型青光眼的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2011年6月~2013年6月本院眼科收治的48例白内障合并急性原发闭角型青光眼患者的临床资料,48例患者均给予超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术进行治疗,观察并记录48例患者的临床治疗效果及术后出现的并发症。结果术后48例患者的视力均有不同程度的改善、眼压均有不同程度的降低、中央前房角深度均有明显增加,与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗白内障合并急性原发闭角型青光眼疗效显著,可显著改善患者的临床症状,降低并发症的发生率,具有较高的安全性,值得在临床诊疗中推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with gonisynechialysis in the treat- ment of acute primary angle-closure glaucoma （APACG） with cataract. Methods Clinical data of 48 APACG with cataract patients from June 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with phacoemulsification combined with gonisynechialysis.The clinical effect and complications postoperation of all pa- tients were observed. Results The vision of 48 APACG with cataract patients improved after phacoemulsification com- bined with gonisynechialysis compared with preoperation, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The intraocular pressure of 48 patients decreased differing in degree postoperation,and the difference was statistically signif- icant（P〈0.05）.The central anterior chamber depth of all patients was much better than that of preoperation respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with gonisynechialy- sis is significantly effective in treating APACG with cataract.h can improve patients＇ clinical symptoms, has lower inci- dence of complications and high security.It is worth popularizing in clinical.
