摘要
MagR高效磁回收混凝反应系统在传统的磁回收系统中增设污泥分离器及污泥回流管,实现分阶段高效污泥回流。一方面有效调节进入磁回收设备的污泥量,提高磁回收设备的抗冲击负荷,保证高效的磁介质回收率,可达98%以上,一方面污泥回流至混凝反应池,促进混凝反应进行的同时减少混凝剂、磁介质的投加量,降低药剂成本。项目运行的结果表明,MagR高效磁回收混凝反应系统的总磷去除率平均为91%,最高可达94%,出水悬浮物可稳定在10 mg/L以下,出水稳定达标。
The MAGR high-efficiency magnetic recovery coagulation reaction system adds the sludge separator and the sludge return pipe in the traditional magnetic recovery system to realize the high-efficiency sludge return by stages.On the one hand,the amount of sludge entering the magnetic recovery equipment can be adjusted effectively,the anti-shock load of the magnetic recovery equipment can be increased,and the effective recovery rate of magnetic medium can be guaranteed to be over 98%,it can promote the coagulation reaction and reduce the dosage of coagulant and magnetic medium,and reduce the cost of agent.The results of the project show that the total phosphorus removal rate of the MAGR high efficiency magnetic recovery coagulation system is 91%on average,and the highest is 94%.The effluent suspension is stable below 10 mg/L,and the effluent reaches the standard.
