摘要 超磁分离水体净化工艺是近年来发展起来的一种物化水处理技术。通过近年来的发展已成为比较成熟的工艺,它的特点主要是通过投加磁种与混凝剂改变混凝沉淀特性,加快混凝速度,通过磁选机进行固液分离,大大增加了污水净化的效率。超磁分离作为新兴的物化处理技术,具有很高的悬浮物分离效率,较短的工艺流程,投资、运行费用少,操作简便,运行速度快,基本在几分钟之内就能完成一个周期的运行。本文主要介绍了超磁分离技术的基本原理,磁种选择以及工程实际应用案例。 Magnetic separation is a water purification technology, a physical chemistry water treatment technology, developed in recent years. Through the development in recent years has been more mature technology. It is characterized by the addition of magnetic species and coagulant to change the coagulation and precipitation characteristics, accelerating coagulation rate. The Solid-liquid separation is realized by the magnetic separator, which has greatly accelerated the speed of sewage purification. Super magnetic separation, with a high separation efficiency of suspended matter, shorter process flow, investment and operating costs less, easy to operate, fast running, basically in a few minutes will be able to complete a cycle of operation, is a new physical and chemical treatment technology. This paper mainly introduces the basic principle of the technology of the super magnetic separation, the selection of the magnetic field and the practical application case of the project.
