浇口对轨道交通圆形绝缘体翘曲的影响浅析

摘要 介绍了轨道交通典型圆形连接器塑料绝缘体的翘曲变形情况。基于理论与实践经验结合,运用模流仿真分析工具,研究了轨道交通6种典型圆形连接器塑料绝缘体模具设计的不同浇口设计方案对翘曲变形的影响,分析了翘曲变形的原因,总结出了对于该类塑料绝缘体的模具设计采用传统的“单浇口”设计方案并不能获得较好的翘曲变形结果、多数情况下采用“4点浇口”设计方案的翘曲变形结果更好的结论。研究结果对于轨道交通圆形连接器塑料绝缘体选择模具设计的浇口设计方案具有一定的参考价值。 It was introduced that the warpage situation of plastic insulator of typical circular connector of rail transit.Based on the combination of theory and practical experience,by using the mold flow simulation analysis tool,the influence of different gate design schemes of mold designs of six kinds of plastic insulator of circular connectors for rail transit on the warpage was studied,the causes of warpage were analyzed.It was concluded that the traditional single gate design scheme could not get better warpage results for the mold design of this kind of plastic insulator,and the four-gates design scheme could get better warpage results in most cases.The research results had certain reference value for selecting the gate design scheme of mold design of the plastic insulator for the circular connectors of rail transit in the future.
