As for complicated plastics product, first of all, the analysis of the product should be made, then by the application of UG software, which could automatically partition the model, mend the gap or hole and shape the core and cavity, and handling well with some key points, including inlay, core pulling and the direction of mould stripping, fast design for complicated plastic mold could be made.
