摘要
为提高直流系统运行的稳定性,确保蓄电池均衡状态及提高蓄电池均衡检测精度,进行了直流系统蓄电池均衡管理及有效性检测技术研究。在直流系统蓄电池上安装就地监控与检测装置;将安装的检测装置与均衡数据采集模块连接起来,采集直流系统蓄电池均衡参数;对蓄电池中剩余的电荷量进行计算,将电池组分成几个小段进行放电试验,从而达到在线检测电池内部电阻的目的。在上述基础上,将间断低充高放理论与直流系统蓄电池的能量守恒相结合,实现了对蓄电池组的在线均衡检测。试验结果表明:所提方法在蓄电池充电前后的不一致度均小于0.1,对蓄电池均衡检测的误差均小于1.000%,说明所提方法的蓄电池达到均衡且检测精度较高。
In order to improve the stability of DC system operation,ensure the battery balance state and improve the accuracy of battery balance detection,the research on DC system battery balance management and effectiveness detection technology is carried out.The installed detection device is connected to the equalization data acquisition module to collect the DC system battery balancing parameters.The amount of charge remaining in the battery is calculated.The battery pack is divided into several small sections for discharge test,so as to achieve the purpose of online detection of the internal resistance of the battery.On the basis of the above,the theory of intermittent low charge and high discharge is combined with the energy conservation of DC system batteries to realize the online equilibrium detection of battery packs.The experimental results show that the inconsistency of the proposed method before and after battery charging is less than 0.1,and the error of the equilibrium detection of the battery is less than 1.000%,indicating that the battery of the proposed method reaches equilibrium and the detection accuracy is high.
