幼儿园食品安全营养均衡管理的几点思考

摘要 随着我国素质教育的深入发展,许多幼儿园开始注重对食品安全和营养均衡方面的管理工作,以此来为幼儿的茁壮成长打下坚实的前期基础。本文总结了幼儿园开展食品安全营养均衡管理工作的现实意义,分析了当前幼儿园食品安全营养均衡管理工作的现状,从建立健全管理制度、制定科学食谱、广泛征求意见以及提高人员综合能力的角度阐述幼儿园食品安全营养均衡管理的策略,希望为相关研究提供参考。 With the in-depth development of quality education in China,many kindergartens have begun to pay attention to the management of food safety and nutrition balance,so as to lay a solid foundation for the healthy growth of young children.This paper summarizes the practical significance of carrying out the balanced management of food safety and nutrition in kindergartens,analyzes the current situation of the balanced management of food safety and nutrition in kindergartens,and expounds the strategies of the balanced management of food safety and nutrition in kindergartens from the perspective of establishing and improving the management system,formulating scientific recipes,widely soliciting opinions and improving the comprehensive ability of personnel,hoping to provide reference for relevant research.
