摘要
本文探索思考更多发用电侧、跨地域的一体化商业模式,提出了负荷聚合运行(参与需求响应)、省内源荷联动一体化(参与电能量市场和调频服务)以及区域源荷联动一体化(参与电能量市场)3种商业模式,从某真实发电机组实际运行和交易情况出发,基于广东电力市场交易规则和交易情况,测算这3种商业模式的收益。通过优化这3种商业模式下虚拟电厂的运行方式,得出最大化收益以及相应的虚拟电厂配置情况,并且对虚拟电厂运营成本进行敏感度分析。测算证明,与非一体化模式相比,一体化商业模式能够提高整体收益。最后,本文针对这3种虚拟电厂一体化商业模式的未来落地提出了相关政策和工作建议。
This paper explores more load-source and cross-regional integrated business models by putting forward three business models:load aggregation(participating in demand response),provincial source-load integration(participating in energy market and frequency control)and regional source-load integration(participating in energy market).Based on the actual operation and transaction data of a generation unit,the income of these three business models is calculated based on the trading rules and conditions of Guangdong power market.By optimizing the operation mode of the VPP under these three business models,the maximum income and the corresponding VPP configuration are obtained,and the sensitivity analysis of the VPP operating cost of is carried out.The results show that integrated business models can improve overall revenue compared to non-integrated models.Finally,this paper also puts forward relevant policies and suggestions for the future implementation of the three integrated VPP business models.
